Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 31 days before your event are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event are non-refundable. However, we offer free rescheduling if your new date is available, or full credit to use within 12 months. Delivery Charges $120 for deliveries within 30km of Greenhithe (Auckland) $160 for deliveries within 40km of Greenhithe (Auckland) Pricing includes delivery and pickup. Delivery charges are additional and will be included in your invoice. Full payment is required no later than 14 days before the event date. Delivery Hours We offer deliveries between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Deliveries or pickups scheduled outside of these hours may incur an additional $50 fee to accommodate extended travel times and staffing requirements. quired prior to delivery.
